My friend oliveoil238 is helping out with some of the in-hands! Kitten Pig

Short description
I've been okay'd by Dark to take over management of plushies.
This PR cuts 34 plushies - every plushie that did not have in-hands sprite has been cut.
Why we need to add this
This PR is the first step to re-opening plushie submissions.

Copyright never got properly untangled from #223 -> #649. Conf has helped out a lot with locating the copyright for the general plushies, some of the crew plushies have an unclear origin / copyright though.
State-based copyright has been added for all plushies for this PR (yay)
I've also had to replace the following sprites due to a lost copyright trail:

We're a roleplay server at our core, and plushies are a fun celebration of the characters who make up that roleplay. We already allow cheeky references to various server events (e.g. "Beep 100") because it's fun. Character plushies are an extension of that.
We can be a little self-referential as a treat.
